A few of our dads and girls dressed up in their best outfits
to attend the Father/Daugther Prom. Beautiful dresses and flowers were everywhere. I hear that some of the dad's
even rented a Tux !

LET'S CELEBRATE 90 YEARS OF GIRL SCOUTING!
This council-wide event
took place on Saturday, April 13, 2002 at McGimsey Boy Scout Park. There were swaps, snakes, masks to make, sparkly halos,
canoe rides (which we didn't get to do), exhibits of girl scout uniforms throughout the years, dance performances, an exhibit
from the Buffalo soldiers and many other things for the girls to see and do. It was a HOT day but we trudged through
it !
